He claims he won money gambling on the set of Pirates of The Caribbean and now wants to collect the debt. He claimed that he played poker with the Indie Band, We Were Scientists on the set of Pirates of The Caribbean. He claims to have beat the band out of $28,000 while playing.

The band has not exactly denied the accusation. "Depp is accusing us of owing him $28,000. But we heard Orlando Bloom was $800,000 in debt to Depp," said the singer of the band, Keith Murray.
